If the size is not listed these are 100-round gauges.
 
50-round gauges check 50 rounds of ammo and have different spacing for the holes than the 100-round gauges.  See that product page for information.
 
"Light Blems" are almost indistinguishable from new gauges.  You have to look carefully or know where it is to spot the blem. 
 
"Heavy Blems" usually have holes re-reamed, larger dents, missing finish or rough areas.  The gauge holes will test OK but might not all be exactly the same size.
